As a Quality Nurse with CVS Health you will support the CVS Specialty Nursing department by being the expert on nursing standards of care, licensure requirements, nursing agency requirements, and nursing processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the Specialty Nursing department's computer system (CNS) content and process
* Support the IT team in building and repairing the system to meet the Specialty Nursing team's needs
* Creating and reporting on quality standards set by leadership and coaches
* Counseling Specialty Nursing team members to improve their process when needed
* Policy and procedure development and management to support to Specialty Nursing team
Required Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current license in state of employment with the ability to become licensed multiple states
* Minimum 5 years of nursing experience to include home care, home infusion, clinic infusion, quality, and/or informatics
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface successfully with all levels of the team and management
Preferred Qualifications
* Over five years' nursing experience
* Home infusion experience
* Project management skills
Education
RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
