The individual selected for this highly visible position is a key contributor within CVS Healths pharmaceutical product distribution business. This Consultant position is within a fast-paced, collegial environment, providing the right individual with an opportunity for career advancement and the ability to directly and positively impact CVS Healths business performance across a highly-focused area surrounding enterprise wide pharmaceutical purchasing and distribution.
Responsibilities Include:
-Data entry associated with new item setup and ongoing item file maintenance for CVS Healths preferred generic pharmaceutical formulary items and brand pharmaceutical products
-Data entry of brand and generic pharmaceutical manufacturer cost and retail price changes into CVS Healths item file data management systems
-Researching inventory and logistics status requests on CVS Healths preferred formulary items and providing up to date information to internal stakeholders
-Researching and resolving customer relations inquiries associated with CVS Healths retail pharmacy cash pricing program
-Support ad hoc activities as it relates to item file and retail cash pricing maintenance
-Preparing appropriate documentation and managing data entry of relevant information into CVS Health systems to support new store activations
Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry and/or analytical experience in a progressively responsible position offering business solutions and improving financial results
Preferred Qualifications
-Certified Pharmacy Technician or experience within a healthcare or corporate environment
-Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, database and presentation software, including MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
-Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing environment
-Strong ability to work individually as well as collaborate with peers, leaders, and external business partners
-Proven ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal form, in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent, including the ability to present findings and influence decisions across all levels of the organization
Education
-Bachelor's Degree (Or Verifiable high school diploma/ GED with 2+ years of Analytics work experience)
