Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for an HCP Marketing Manager to serve as a leader across the US HCP Marketing team across the ongoing management of the ADCs product lines.

WHAT YOULL DO

Responsibilities:

* Formulate digital marketing and sales strategies and provide cross channel support.

* Identify and prioritize digital opportunities by working with customers, have a deep grasp of research and insights, and a firm understanding of the selling cycle.

* Drive the concept and definition of key digital support programs and work closely with the digital marketing team on pull through and execution.

* Understand and prioritize customer value concepts/needs and importance through primary and secondary market research, including one-on-one customer interviews, focus groups and web based surveys.

* Lead omnichannel development across all channels within the digital ecosystem (media, social, website, CRM, virtual services and education).

* Understand global business dynamics and competitive environment and potential impact on business unit results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

Required

Bachelors Degree required. Self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates good executive presence. Proven ability to identify/define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working across functional areas (ex. Marketing, Clinical, IT, Regulatory, Operations, etc.) and at varying levels of the organization. Previous experience with product development (preferably in a technology driven business), marketing strategy, market research, business development and international business. Six years marketing experience with a minimum of four years in a commercial role including, product marketing.
