The position of Senior IT Architect is within our Acelis Business Unit located at Livermore, CA. In this role, you will drive delivery of business outcomes through IT technology design, development and implementation.
WHAT YOULL DO
This role will be responsible for designing IT software solution deliveries. If hired, you will get to make an impact on how the business works with Salesforce and other tools! We are looking for someone with expertise in technical solution development in Cloud platforms like Salesforce and also in a hybrid cloud environment for this role. This role is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

Below are some day to day tasks you would perform in this role:
* Design and development of data integration and migration strategies.
* Provide data integration and API solution designs for on-premise and cloud business applications that meet business requirements.
* Perform proof-of-concepts (POC) to prove out solutions and establish a core codebase ready for implementation.
* Produce as-is and to-be application solution architecture for a variety of scenarios to meet business requirements and scale the company.
* Document data flows in relevant segments and ratify data ownership and retention policies.
* Participate in organization-wide project planning activities with project managers to advise on implementation strategies and cross-team dependencies.
* Partner closely with product owners and engineering managers to define roadmaps and sprint planning objectives to meet solution designs.
* Represent the IT organization as the domain expert for all technical solutions including data integration and API reference architecture and ensure alignment across teams.
* Collaborate with the broader architecture community, such as Architectural Review Board (ARB), Security Review Board to provide feedback on strategies and standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar degree or the equivalent of years of experience in similar role.
* 13 years of experience in IT including gradual career progression into an IT Architecture role similar to this role.
Preferred:
* 2+ years of hands of experience in Agile methodology.
* 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
* 2+ years of experience in integration API design and development
* 10+ years in a technology-driven Development and Architecture role.
* Health Care Industry experience
* Prior experience with SOX, PCI, and HIPAA compliance
