Job Description:
Raytheon Technologies is searching for a Senior Cyber Engineering Manager to support our Cyber Operations and Defense Experts (CODEX) Division in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will provide direct management oversight and lead a team of 30+ cyber engineers that work across the full spectrum of Computer Network Operations (CNO) to include: vulnerability research, cyber capability development, multi-system emulation, and automated program analysis. The Senior Cyber Engineering Manager will be responsible for functional direction of multiple engineering teams, the management of employee career progression, budgets allocations and facilitate organizational growth across the organization through innovation and collaborative efforts. Required Skills and Experience:

* 10 + years of leadership experience with the ability to manage large technical teams to deliver solutions to a dynamic customer base
* Experience managing budgets and the allocation of engineering resources to meet organizational/ customer requirements
* Experience with technical career mentorship and development
* Must be willing to travel to support organization efforts across CODEX
* Ability to implement strategic initiatives established by organizational leadership
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Fundamental understanding of CNO (Computer Network Operations), VR (Vulnerability Research), and Software Development
* Must have the ability to deliver technical presentations to senior stakeholders across the organization
