The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the RMD Strategy and Business transformation organization. This position will report directly to the Executive Director, Transformation Strategy. The position interacts daily with the Strategy team and works with the leadership team across the RMD organization including operations, production, engineering, quality, facilities, digital technology, security, environmental health safety sustainability, requirements and capabilities to ensure requirements are met. This individual will coordinate the execution of action plans requiring coordination across multiple RTX businesses and RMD mission areas. The individual will need to be able to adapt to the needs of the organization and business as necessary based on special projects, initiatives, engagements, and strategy developments.
Responsibilities will include coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, developing meeting agendas, preparing PowerPoint presentations by collecting various inputs and consolidating into a cohesive package, documenting action items and meeting minutes in a single document for the teams records, and following up with stakeholders on actions to ensure action items are closed on time. This person will be responsible for coordinating leadership calendars, preparing travel orders and travel claims, and other administrative items as a back up to the administrative team when needed. This person will be responsible for coordinating strategy operations tasks which could include consultant and subscriptions updates and processing, supporting the financial tracking and execution for the organization, alignment and preparation for business and corporate level deliverables.
This position can be located at or near any RMD facility.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in customer facing marketing, event planning, communications or administration within a business environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
* Experience supporting and coordinating projects with various stakeholders
* Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an Active U.S. Security Clearance within one year of employment
