Job Description
Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) Business Operations Finance is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our team at the McKinney, TX site supporting the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This position will be responsible for the PRISM Pools under the CMC Factories as well as daily business and financial activities of a set of RIS programs in the McKinney CMC within Space and Airborne Systems. Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis of the PRISM Pools and AMR product line. These efforts will include estimate-at-completion (EAC), forecasting, variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Prism Pool owners, Program Manager, and CAMs/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of the Pools and programs. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 6 years related Finance work experience

Desired Skills:
* Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data
* Organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
* Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and implementation.
* Communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal/external dissemination
* Experience in organizing, preparing and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers
* Team member must be a self-starter and a self-guided worker in support of the program
* Experience in using SAP Business Systems and experience in PRISM EV
* Top Secret Security Clearance
