ROLE SUMMARY
The Global HR Reporting and Security Services Sr Analyst is part of the GBS HR Solutions Team and is primarily responsible for design, development, testing and troubleshooting activities related to Reporting and Dashboarding Solutions and partnering with IBM Service Center on effective intake and delivery process inclusive of approvals required from Functional CoE and HR Data Owners.
This position will report to the Director, Global HR Reporting and Security Operations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Development, testing and deployment of Workday Reporting solutions supporting Self Service, Shared Services and Projects.
* Development, testing and deployment of Dashboards and Visualization Solutions with Tableau and Spotfire.
* Responsible for fulfillment of HR Data and Reporting requests.
* Actively monitor service requests, coordinate and engage cross function teams to avoid bottlenecks and escalate as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
* Perform periodic and active monitoring on Reports (usage, issues and errors) and partner drive remediation observing Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintain, Update and Coordinate Standard Operating Procedures and supporting Documentation & publications for Services and Projects.
* Coordinate with Project Consultants and ensure tasks and deliverables are prioritized, executed and completed on time.
* Manage approvals for Data & Access requests in partnership with IBM HRSC and HR Data Owners and Legal approvers.
* Stay on top of Workday Community, features, and capabilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* At least 3 or more years of Workday Reporting Design, Development and Testing experience.
* At least 1-2 years hands on experience with Workday HR
* Basic knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.
* Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of HR or/and HR processes and HR Master Data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge and experience in Workday business process, Reporting and Security Design.
* Knowledge and analytical understanding of Workday Security Roles & User Based Security.
* Certification Preferred: Workday Reporting and Advanced Reporting, Workday HCM, Workday Security Fundamentals.
* Experience in People Soft, SAP, Oracle, ADP
* Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn new systems and processes
* Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment.
* Ability to take ownership and accountability of projects and requests, and prioritize critical objectives while driving initiatives to completion with on-time and on-budget metrics
* Demonstrated ability to consistently adhere to a broad variety of organizational standards and policies, with a relentless dedication to success

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference call.
* Ability to support on an exception basis off-hours service delivery escalations and emergencies, or other time sensitive project deliverables.
* Ability to travel: 5-10%
