Job Description
* Ensure all Food Safety requirement are met related to Raw Material Receiving
* Ensure the raw material financial expense is accurate
* Ensure all necessary raw materials are available to the production team at the time of need including film, seasoning, other core ingredients, cartons, labels and non-standard ingredients
* Reconcile Inbounds Raw Materials to verify correct delivery quantities
* Manages Raw Material Inventory processes
* Analyze raw material orders and make adjustments based on trends and swings in demand
* Work with Suppliers/Freight companies to ensure deliveries arrive timely, accurately and are in the proper condition
* Manages Item Maintenance for all produced items to ensure the correct raw materials flow and financial release
* Work with HQ team to adjust inbound orders to match flow with volume changes (expediting orders)
Qualifications/Requirements
* +5 years of experience in the accounting field (Raw Materials or Finish Goods)
* Strong computer skills including EXCEL, Outlook, FLNA tools (Oracle, MPS analysis, Business Objects, R-time, SBM)
* Must have a high level of accuracy in work
* Strong analytical skills to adjust raw materials flow passed on demand
* Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet time commitments
* Must be organized and effectively adjust to changes in volatile business changes
* Professional people are necessary- Working with Suppliers, HQ team, Freight company and internal employees
* Overtime/Weekend/Holiday work as required
* Self-directed, make decisions with minimal supervision
