PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the companys entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go.
The Senior Manager of Food Service, also known as a Channel Manager, will provide functional leadership and ownership of Food Service field sales productivity, execution, and leadership development within an assigned Food Service channel. Customers for the Food Service team could potentially include: Restaurants, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Workplaces, Recreation and Education Accounts.
* Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
* Provide business coaching/ career development guidance to direct reports and team
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
* Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
* Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
* Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
* Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
* Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth

Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Previous Foodservice experience would be an asset
* Previous Sales leadership roles with proven track record of delivering and exceeding objectives
* Solid command of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
* Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results
* Consumer packaged goods experience
* Focused leader with the ability to effectively achieve goals in a matrix organization
* Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams
* Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
* Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
* Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Safe driving record strongly preferred
