Evergreen FS is farmer-owned cooperative serving the needs of customers in McLean, Woodford, Livingston, Dewitt and Macon counties. Providing a full range of farm supplies and services including agronomy, seed, fertilizer, fuel, structures, custom turf, financing, marketing advice and products. Specializing in the production of corn and soybeans and operate several grain elevators as part of our operations. Evergreen FS offers a full line of energy products including gasoline, ethanol, biodiesel, diesel fuel, propane and lubricants to our customers at competitive prices. Evergreen FS is a member of the GROWMARK system.

* PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT*

Responsible for processing new Fuel Contracts including but not limited to, contract data entry, generating bookings, Fuel Contract administrative activity, and general customer account management related to support a specific customer group. Assist with other projects in various departments as needed.

* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

Help sort mail for LP contracts (sort by salesperson and contract type).

Create bookings for contracts and apply payment / credits to booking.

Update customer profile (including statement classification, sales classification & receivables reporting).

Update LP Contract log for weekly report.

Reconcile LP contract data and generate various management reports.

Scan and index completed contracts for electronic viewing.

Assist with data validation for AME software project.

* OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS*

Handle requests for information and data.

Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

* REQUIREMENTS*

Normally requires a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and prefer office related work experience.

While performing duties pertaining to this job, individual may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Proven computer skills as well as a track record of working effectively with co-workers and customers is required.

Demonstrate essential abilities business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, mathematical abilities, decision making and skill development.

Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
