BS degree in business or marketing -- advanced MBA degree a plus Minimum 8 - 10 years sales/marketing or product management experience with broad knowledge of product applications, competition and markets. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and self motivated Solid PC experience Good working knowledge of OEMs and distribution. College degree (technical discipline may be required for some groups) with a minimum of 10 years experience in OEM direct sales and/or industrial / distributor sales products and 1-3 years as first level regional manager. Must be able to travel overnight 50% to 70% of time; or as required. Proper product and system certifications preferred. Must have proven track record of exceeds plus experience. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The Aerospace Systems segment offers products for use in commercial and military airframe and engine programs, including control actuation systems and components, engine systems and components, fluid conveyance systems and components, fuel systems and components, fuel tank inserting systems, hydraulic systems and components, lubrication components, pneumatic control components, power conditioning and management systems, thermal management products, and wheels and brakes.
This segment markets its products directly to original equipment manufacturers and end users. The company markets its products through direct-sales employees, independent distributors, and sales representatives.
