The position reports to the Global Division HR Manager (APS/EPM) and is responsible for Human Resources activities of the APS and EPM Divisions. The position develops, manages, coordinates, and administers HR programs across the span of HR areas. He/she will lead EPM/APS site HR activities for Cary, Erie, Wixom and US field locations including training efforts related to HR systems, policies, programs and initiatives.
* Perform HR data analysis including compensation analysis and team member count reconciliation, liaising between HR and Finance.
* Lead HR projects and initiatives. Develop methods to track and report on progress of initiatives, develop and publish management reports and presentations. Evaluate processes and recommend/implement continuous improvement.
* Lead investigations, from intake to closure.
* Manage the approval process for items such as promotions, increases and other personnel transactions.
* Assist with implementation of coaching/performance improvement plans.
* Lead recruiting, on-boarding, and exit activities.
* Lead activities related to succession planning, talent development, talent reviews, performance management, and engagement.
* Assist team members on employee relations issues and HR policies/procedures. Address complex and varied questions and concerns by team members. Administer various human resources plans and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
* Ability to travel up to 15%.
* Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field with at least three years working experience in Human Resources, Finance, or other analytical business role.
* Integrity, with ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Strong interest and aptitude for data analysis and problem solving with high attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Passion for evaluating processes and implementing continuous improvement.
