Position is Unfunded pending award
Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP), Site Manager (SM), located at Gowen Field, ID who is responsible for the performance of work at that installation and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order requirements. Leads a team that will provide individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the ARNG. The SM is responsible for overall scheduling, management coordination, oversee training execution, and manage Contractor continuing education training. The Site Manager will work collaboratively and in concert with the installation MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA degree and 10yrs experience
Have a full understanding of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience.
Served as either battalion or brigade commander or S3.
MEL-4 qualified (CGSC/ILE completion), or equivalent level military education.
SECRET level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
MA/MS degree.
