Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Security Manager for our facility in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a working manager position who will lead a team of security professionals in the following areas:

* Provide security management oversight, leadership and guidance for Intelligence Community (IC) requirements. This includes DCIDs, ICDs and other applicable government security directives associated with SCI and other special security programs throughout all levels of the organization.
* Provide security subject matter expertise to all levels of the organization based on knowledge of Government policies and company procedures in the following security disciplines: Physical, Personnel, OPSEC, COMSEC, Crisis Management, Contract/Subcontract Security, International Security
* Develop and implement procedures to satisfy company and Government contract performance, statements of work, task orders, proposals and other requirements.
* Oversee the management of multiple SCIFs and other special access controls and physical accreditations.
* Mentor and develop team to maintain a high level of proficiency and retain top talent across the organization.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers, to include other functional areas, e.g. Human Resources, Legal, IT, and Facilities as well as Government security officer representatives.
* Provide classification management and classified document control and accountability oversight.
* Oversee site security personnel who have responsibility for monitoring incoming and outgoing security clearance and access visit authorizations, classified meeting requirements, and company and client badging requirements.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience with 9 years experience in security disciplines, such as Industrial Security (IC amp; NISPOM), Physical Security, Personnel Security, Computer Security, Crisis Management, etc. or Masters and 7 years experience.

Minimum 5 years managerial experience.

Minimum 5 years rsquo; experience in industrial security supporting DoD or IC.

Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
