The ideal Merchandise Analyst is analytical, results-oriented and views the business through the lens of the customer. We are currently looking to fill needs in Shoes, Men's Better, Girls & Kidswear, and Non-Performance Coats.

A day in the life

* Develop an understanding of the needs, wants and expectations of the customer and understand the differences in how they shop by channel

* Complete category, supplier or class specific analysis for buying office

* Complete buying office owned item attributes for item setup

* Execute MDs, RTVs, racking and reorders

* Manage and maintain drop ship feeds, inclusive of monitoring live dates, shifts, supplier communication

* Monitor on hand inventory levels for upcoming features and events; communicate concerns

You own this if you have

* A Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field with a preferred minimum accumulative GPA of 3.2

* Experience in retail merchandising, planning or analysis

* Strong business acumen, ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and strong math skills

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (primarily excel navigation, formulas and pivot tables)

* Leadership experience
