Manpower is hiring for an experienced bookkeeper to work within the Aerospace realm

What's in it for:
* Full Time hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
* True Temp to Hire position
* Pay rate: $22 - $24/hr. DOE
* Located in North Hollywood, CA
What you will be doing:
* Tracking and recording financial transactions, pots debits and credits
* Preparing bank deposits and posting to cash journal and A/R
* Producing financial statements
* Maintenance existing document processes
* Net Quick Asset Summary (NQAS)
* Stipulating bookkeeping policies/procedures
* Bank reconciliations and organizing bank records
* Researching and reporting 1099 data to accountant
* Filling paid bills
* Maintaining Credit References Letters
* Preparing monthly workers' compensation audit report
* Other office responsibilities as business necessitates
* Producing Weekly Quick Asset reports and keeping track of A/R and A/P
The skills we are looking for:
* Three years of Quantum experience required
* Proficient in Excel to review spreadsheets, create Excel documents using ribbon functions (calculation, filtering, pager formatting and proper headers
* Understanding intermediate accounting terminology
* Some college experience is preferred
