We are seeking an System Integration/Test Engineering Associate Manager to perform the following duties:
Work collaboratively with Systems Engineering on project objectives
Provide staffing per forecasted project estimates
Perform functional management responsibilities for all ATLO employees
Ensure application of Space Command media for Test Engineering
Support and administer application of THAAD-Specific command media for Test Engineering, including review support of THAAD tailoring
Perform periodic internal audits of lab & facilities to ensure compliance to applicable command media
Provide Test planning and support during surge activities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (in a technical degree preferred) from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience in hardware and software test engineering at the Component level, Subsystem level, and System level.
Experience managing and/or leading diverse groups (Test Engineering preferred) demonstrating Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
Must have strong demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal and be capable of briefing both program and functional leadership
The Applicant selected must be a US citizen, will be subject to a government security investigation, an must meet eligibility requirements for an elevated clearance for access to classified information
Have an active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Background in both hardware and software testing
Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
Knowledge of the current Test Engineering CIPS and Certified Test Conductor program/classes
Certified Test Conductor
