The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). The programs two primary operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M, clean room operations, and safety and environmental services.
We are seeking an Operations (Associate) Manager to gather, organize and update all the available technical documentation (requirements specifications, vendors cut sheets for systems, design drawings, maintenance records, acceptance procedures, etc.) for each system. Also responsible for gathering and organizing all existing operating and maintenance procedures available for identified systems. Will actively participate with LSIC/SVC during TIMs and various Launch Base working groups- function as an integral part of the team.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in aerospace field or equivalent experience/combined education
Must have prior managerial or team lead experience
Excellent project and schedule management skills
Must be a United States citizen
Must have a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Poly
Experience with Microsoft office applications
Demonstrated successful experience leading high-performance teams and working in a team environment with diverse experience and skills
Strong written and verbal technical communications skills and ability to effectively interact and support a variety of meeting and working groups
