Virtually every Space mission success starts with a solid foundation of facility infrastructure design, construction, and execution management, which is performed risk free in support of business needs without interruption. As an Electrician within LM Space, youll have the opportunity to use your education and experience to tackle exciting electrical challenges and become an integral part of our team and use innovative approaches that will help facilitate our ability to achieve mission success.

Our facility in King of Prussia, PA has an immediate opportunity for an Electrician to join our mission supporting the local Facilities team. In this role your duties will be that of a multi-skilled electrician maintenance mechanic and will be varied outside the typical skill set of a commercial electrician. Overall, to be successful you will need to possess an elevated level of mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform with excellence and be part of a world-class team. You will be working in areas with other Lockheed Martin employees so a high level of professionalism will also be required. This position will require that you be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.

Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will:

Perform preventative, reactive, and corrective maintenance

Data cabling including installation/terminating

Basic HVAC work

General construction tasks

Complete modular furniture installations

Basic Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Knowledge and experience working with commercial voltages, and energized circuits

Possess the ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders or elevated platforms within facilities operations

Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be responsible for daily computerized work order input

Must be a United States citizen

Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
Specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, and 5+ years of experience
