The Role at a Glance:

We are looking to add a Marketing Automation Platform Engineer to join our Marketing Technology organization. Background Details:

This role will serve as a Technical Platform Owner and system administrator supporting Product Owners in the Marketing Organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the platform, insuring all IT Policies and procedures are followed in the administration of the tool, supporting system native and custom integrations, development and maintenance of custom features and functionality, and insuring system availability, issue resolution and escalation in partnership with Lincoln IT partners, suppliers and consultants as needed.

What you'll be doing:

* Serve as point of escalation for technical support function
* Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML, CSS,
* Familiarity working with Data, Data Modeling concepts
* Familiarity with common Integration technologies including APIs, ETL, SFTP
* Knowledge of operational reporting and dashboards
* Keen eye and aptitude for trouble-shooting with solutions led approach
* Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
* Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
* Solid knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance
* Familiarity with Agile project execution, Kanban and Scrum
* Other duties, as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

What we're looking for:

* 5 7+ Years of experience in IT Architecture that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position. (Required )
* 3-4 yrs., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and associated components, from implementation to run state support, Marketing Cloud configuration and platform management
* Salesforce sales cloud a plus
* Working knowledge of HTML
* Experience working with ESPs
* Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of relevant systems, and other marketing automation platforms within a larger Marketing Automation ecosystem
* Good knowledge of spam filtering technologies, and CAN-SPAM regulations
* Familiarity with integration technologies and processes, such as APIs, ETL
* Familiarity with use of marketing data, and data concepts and data security
* Bachelors Degree, equivalent
