About the Role:

Lincoln Financial Groups Corporate Internship Program is an exciting opportunity where careers are launched and talent is discovered. This summers program will be hosted virturally. The dates of the internship are June 6, 2021 through August 7, 2021.

During this experience, you will have the opportunity to:

* Add value to the organization through meaningful work
* Participate in a variety of developmental experiences
* Build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company
* Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring
* Develop market research and analysis skills

Intern roles and responsibilities will include:

* Assist with design and implementation of customer surveys supporting Lincoln businesses
* Analyze quantitative and qualitive data to support these studies
* Summarize research results visually (using tables and graphs) and in writing
* Present research results verbally to partners throughout the business
* Partner with marketing and public relations teams to share interesting research findings externally
* Leverage secondary research sources to provide insights to support decision-making and content creation across various areas of the business including marketing, product development, and sales
* Work and collaborate as a valuable member of a team

What we look for in candidates:

* Currently enrolled in a college degree program
* A minimum GPA of 3.0
* Interested in market research / consumer research
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intellectual curiosity
* Coursework or experience in qualitative or quantitative research is a plus, but not required
* Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
