Position Summary:
Develop and execute division energy program. Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. We accomplish this in many ways including, but not limited to; treating our customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, promoting an inclusive work environment, being a responsible member of the community, providing the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Essential Job Functions:
* Develop, execute, and refine division energy program. Achieve energy goals, and implement management techniques and technology to reduce energy consumption within the stores and division office.
* Partner in the development of enterprise plans and programs. Supervise and coordinate on a local basis installation, start-up, and commissioning of energy capital projects and maintenance programs.
* Serve as focal point and lead for division operational group to implement division S.A.V.E. 5 Program. Make presentations at quarterly sales meetings, zone meetings and store meetings as a minimum. Utilize operations and management teams to develop and execute related programs that result in store level personnel interaction and buy-in; establish store energy coordinators, etc.
* Recruit, train and develop efficient, promotable people with an appreciation of the importance of sales and profits to the Company.
* Has a solid understanding of two areas of expertise (capital, maintenance, energy) or has mastered one area and in is the process of learning another; an expert trainer in at least one area of expertise.
* Job function relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Performs a wide variety of complex tasks.
* Frequently makes significant decisions with close supervision.
* Trains other department members and may have limited supervisorial responsibilities, internally and/or externally.
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
* Technical bachelor's degree and 7-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* Basic financial training, ability to produce energy and maintenance budgets.
* Knowledge of P-Net/ePro and Microsoft Office software.
* Communicates effectively with management.
Desired Previous Job Experience:
* Trade school or equivalent
