SUMMARY

The Lead Replenishment Analyst will oversee the collaborative planning of replenishment activities. This role will provide advanced analytics pertaining to parameter management for internal (manufacturing) and supplier pull systems within the production control department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide guidance for analyzing root causes of material shortages and document appropriate countermeasures required
* Provide direction for reviewing plan for every part (PFEP) and ensure parameters are updated in JD Edwards
* Provide oversight to ensure replenishment resources are maximized, processes are efficient, systems are utilized, and effective communications occur
* Work with Replenishment team and key stakeholders to resolve system and process conflicts
* Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships that will drive supply and demand efficiencies
* Oversee supplier on-time delivery review and related replenishment parameters
* Review unreleased work orders to determine the root cause of material shortages
* Review forecast for demand spikes and communicate to suppliers as required
* Collaborate with suppliers to tension lead time and minimum order quantities
* Review raw material and component inventory days on hand (DOH) by value stream
* Summarize inventory opportunities by value stream
* Facilitate the excess and obsolete inventory process. Coordinate the cross functional team to develop action items.
* Provide guidance to resolve DataServ issues related to material receipts
* Collaborate with Sourcing to manage supplier changes
* Coordinate parameter changes to support Engineering Changes and represent the department at cross functional meetings
* Must be fluent in English and be able to present information
* Must be comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in business related field or comparable experience
* Applied experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Excel ability to manage and manipulate large sets of data
* Functional knowledge of kanban/pull systems preferred
* Experience leading teams with complex and accountable roles
* Inventory planning certification desirable
