Manage supplier enablement campaign efforts on behalf of the commercial card business. Make outbound calls to clients suppliers in order to facilitate enrollment in card programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Understand and occasionally present the value proposition of Truists card payables solutions to clients and internal partners. Obtain, analyze and occasionally present the results of a clients supplier spend data in anticipation of a card payables supplier enrollment campaign. Understand and occasionally present basic working capital concepts and best practices for supplier payment terms. Manage components of supplier enrollment campaigns including client presentations, data analysis, recommending a campaign strategy, organizing materials for letter campaigns, scheduling status updates and presentation of final results. May lead campaigns of less size or complexity. Frequent outbound calling to clients suppliers in order gain acceptance of clients card-based payments program. May work with high value or high complexity suppliers. Position will spend part of their time performing as a campaign manager and part of their time performing as an enablement specialist, responsible for outbound calling to clients suppliers for purpose of enrollment in Truist card program. Responsibilities will vary based on work volume and capacity of the team.
Required Qualifications:
College Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent education and related training. Ability to manage projects and think strategically to obtain the best outcome for both the client and Truist. Ability to work under competing pressures, handle complex and multiple projects/clients, maintaining an adherence to deadlines and service levels. Comfort with outbound calling and telephone based soft-selling Basic Excel skills to manipulate and analyze moderate amounts of data. Basic experience in financial services, banking or B2B sales / account management and/or outbound sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 or more years of experience in Commercial Card industry.
