Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.
YOUR ROLE: Platforms & Ecosystem - Function and Industry Plays Marketing Lead
We are looking for a senior marketing manager to work as part of the global Platforms & Ecosystem Marketing + Communications team, and focused on our function- and industry-specific ecosystem partner networks. This is a key part of our growth agenda. As an ecosystem orchestrator, Accenture helps our clients identify, implement and integrate the right intelligent platforms to address their biggest industry and functional business challenges, and helps clients incorporate these platforms into the right business strategies, operating models and processes to mobilize their workforce, achieve certain business outcomes, and accelerate their path to value.
In this leadership role, the marketer will launch new function- or industry-specific ecosystem partner networks internally and externally designing, managing and implementing internal communications, media and analyst relations, and digital presence. By collaborating closely with HR leads, this role will guide senior business leaders on people communications strategy and develop multi-faceted communications plans and content. The marketer will also develop external marketing and communications strategies, and design and lead the integrated campaigns that help drive interest and demand for the associated function or industry platform plays (bundled services). This includes external multichannel marketing plus internal sales enablement; directing and orchestrating across campaign management, digital marketing, events and people communications teams, as well as external agencies, to run effective campaigns. Collaboration inside of Accenture with our ecosystem partner business groups and our function and industry consulting teams, as well as externally with ecosystem partners and their marketing leads, is important to bring our clients the best of Accenture and drive shared success.
This is a new role and initiative, so we are looking for an experienced, driven marketer who brings an entrepreneurial spirit, is creative and solution-oriented, proactive yet flexible, and takes ownership but is also a team-player.

Qualifications - External
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism or business required. MBA preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of marketing and communications experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing across the marketing mix and knowing what tactics to deploy to achieve the desired business results.
* Experience with ecosystem partner marketing
* Technology and/or services marketing experience
* Experience working in a large and complex organizations

Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree required, prefer in marketing & communications, journalism or related
* A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, plus experience with ecosystem partner marketing, technology and services marketing, sponsorships, large and complex organizations and global marketing. Functional or industry marketing experience, and agency experience a plus
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with some experience in the technology industry; experience in applying marketing concepts; branding and message development skills
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA preferred
* Marketing strategy and program planning, content development, marketing campaign management, demand generation, media and analyst relations, digital marketing and social media, strong written and verbal communication skills, presentations, event marketing, sales enablement, management of cross-functional teams, and marketing reporting with data visualization.
* Technology industry marketing experience preferred
* Previous executive communications experience highly desired
* Excellent Digital, Social Media and PowerPoint skills.
