About the Equipment Coordinator Lead role:
In this role, you will fulfill internal and external customer needs through a high volume of complex electronic requests, averaging 15-25 requests per day. In addition, handling phone requests, providing unscripted, customized professional service with the expectation that you have sole ownership over the resolution within a 24-hour window.
* Act as a Lead for the Equipment Corporate Service team, but not in a supervisory capacity
* Monitor and maintain team schedule
* Record phone calls for training and quality control purposes
* Reviews accuracy of orders among team and coaches based on mistakes found
* Review and update standard procedures, communicating any changes to the team
* Handle escalated issues
* Run daily metrics reports and analyze trends, working with Customer Support Supervisor to determine solutions
* Update daily management board and visual management reporting
Other Information:
* Comprehensive 90-day training program, including but not limited to supporting the Customer contact center.
* Cross-training in other areas within the department
* 18-24 months commitment in Corporate Services

Are you qualified?
* Associates degree, Bachelors degree preferred
* 2-3 years of business and/or customer contact center experience preferred
* Spanish or French verbal and written skills a plus
* Intermediate Excel skills preferred
* Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally within the organization
* Strong organizational skills; Self-management
* Critical thinking and high attention to detail
