The HR Representative II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics assists in providing general human resource support for the Hebron, KY Logistics and Distribution Center and works with HR business partners in support of their client groups. Assist in creating, updating and implementing company human resource policies, programs and practices and offers counsel and assistance to different levels of associates.

This role has the following opportunities, but is not limited to:

* Assist in the recruitment selection process for a variety of positions. Move candidates through the interview process via Workday, our Applicant Tracking System.
* Conduct employee relations inquiries and recommendations based on findings. Also answer basic employee questions and/or facilitate the resolution of basic employee concerns.
* Generate monthly HR reports and support cyclical HR processes such as compensation planning, benefits enrollment, calibration meetings, etc.
* Conduct new employee orientation including ensuring up-to-date content through subject matter experts and presenting the HR content.
* Facilitate programs throughout the year including training on process and systems to small and large group forums.







The essential requirements of the job include:

* Bachelors degree in field with 2+ years of experience OR Masters degree in field with 0-2 years of experience.
* Basic knowledge of State and Federal employment and benefit laws is required.







This experience is a plus:

* 4 or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Payroll, and/or Compliance is a plus.
