Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Content Security will be a major contributor to the ViacomCBS Information Security Group, responsible for management of production-related information security in collaboration with production executives across various content-producing and content-distributing ViacomCBS divisions (e.g., Studios, Paramount, Network, Showtime, All Access, Pluto). The position requires an experienced security practitioner with business acumen and technical knowledge and an ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of Content Security, the position is responsible for supporting and operationalizing the development and execution of production-related information security strategies, overseeing the security aspect content-related solution implementation and acting as the security subject matter expert for content-producing divisions.

Responsibilities

* Support the development, testing and implementation of appropriate security plans, products and control techniques relevant to content production. Help identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with ViacomCBS Information Security objectives.

* Help guide divisional production executives on content-production information security strategy, architecture design and incident response, proactively addressing security needs of various ViacomCBS productions in order to consistently meet or exceed defined levels of security.

* Coordinate information security initiatives with various divisional departments impacting ViacomCBS productions: Business Affairs, Legal, Publicity, Marketing etc.

* Act as the liaison between ViacomCBS Information Security Group and production stakeholders, coordinating the research, evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of new or improved production-related technologies.

* Help guide implementation of security in the media supply chain, and high-profile applications where pre-air content and related artifacts reside.

* Participate in the activities of the internal and external content protection groups and assess third parties receiving pre-air content.

* Work with production teams to identify risks and implement security controls to mitigate them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

* 4+ years of relevant experience required, with proven knowledge of production workflow, the media supply chain.

* Strong ability to translate complex IT and security challenges and issues into business risks.

* Confident in coordination of tasks and project activities, problem solving, and client management requirements

* Strong creating assessment reports and summary and presenting to management.

* Familiarity with media industry control frameworks (MPAA, CDSA)

Preferred:

* Bachelors degree in business, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience

* CISA, SANS or related security certifications a Plus
