Our Marketing Vanguard Program (MVP) is a 2-year program focused on growing the next generation of Nike Brand leaders. We will provide you with an extensive core curriculum of on-the-job experience, leadership mentorship and personal development.
Who we are looking for
For this prestigious program, were looking for digital natives who are passionate about fusing art and science to define the marketing skillset of the future. Participants will further refine the existing consumer and brand planning experience to develop innovative marketing strategies to drive deep & lasting consumer relationships. This role will work across all phases of marketing, from concepting to production to activation. We believe in delivering a premium, compelling, and authentic experience to all MVP program participants.
What you'll experience
Throughout 4 different rotations over 24 months, you will receive on-the-job experiences within, but not limited to, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Planning & Operations, and Brand Creative functional areas. You'll also work with a variety of Worldwide Marketing leaders to build the future of sport through consumer-right marketing plans. Key stakeholders and partners may include:

This role will also be a member of a MVP cohort, navigating a similar experience across the Nike business and matrix together.
Qualifications:
* Masters Marketing / MBA level candidates (2nd year) with 0-3 years of marketing experience.
* Global perspective/experience optimal.
* Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver, with a proven track record to drive and deliver results.
* Passion for sport and Nike.
