Within the Experiences and Devices division, OMG builds experiences using modern app and cloud technologies to empower a billion customers to achieve more with media. This position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work with multiple levels within Microsoft. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships, prioritize their own work, make decisions with limited information, and accommodate diverse work styles.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

* Support of two senior leaders withu202Ffast-paced, complex calendar management, includingu202Fproactive scheduling, detailed coordination and preparation, prioritization, andu202Fappropriate time allocation
* Support rhythm of business for team of 200+ FTEs, including proactive scheduling of team reviews, managing deck completing for business reviews, and tracking notes or action items
* Provide team support for about 20 to 60 FTEs, including inventory management, morale events, new hire onboarding and offboarding
* Procurement of goods and services including hardware, software, and office supplies'
* Expense and budget report processing for team ensuring compliancy with MS standards and requirements
* Coordinating travel details and expense submissions for managers
* Partner with business support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences

Required:

* 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment or equivalent work experience
* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs

Preferred:

* Knowledge of internal Microsoft applications is plus
* Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
* Be process-driven, organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information
* Ability to pay close attention to detail and able to monitor complex plans and schedules and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turn around
* Comfortable operating within ambiguity and changing direction rapidly to accommodate a fluctuating work environment
