Azure Networking operates and manages Microsoft's global network which is one of the largest private networks on earth. The Global Secure Access (GSA) team develops cloud based native network security services that are key enablers for customer transition to the cloud, including Azure Firewall, Azure WAF and Azure Firewall Manager.

We are working on a new innovative cloud native security service and looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team and help us grow our network security business. If you enjoy defining and driving new network security and management capabilities while making challenging business/technical trade-offs that have meaningful and measurable financial results, then this could be the role for you.

* Program manage key network security and management capabilities with close collaboration with the engineering team.
* Interact with our most important customers to address their questions and feedback to support our planning processes.
* Develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

* 4+ years Program Management/Product Management experience defining and shipping products
* 4+ years developing strategic solutions requiring participation across organizational boundaries
* Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or electrical engineering, or 4+ years equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualificaions:

* Networking experience and understanding of network technologies. Network security experience is a plus.
* Strong, demonstrated technical problem solving and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
* Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-team skills
* Significant experience interacting with enterprise customers
* Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
