We are actively seeking an Operations Manager, Display in Mooresville, NC!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Operations Manager, you will:

* Prioritize department procedures for efficient workflow and communicate priorities optimally with returns associates through written and oral instructions.

* Build weekly schedule shifts and adjust shift assignments as needed.

* Lead display associates productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of all processes. Examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.

* Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances. Assist employees with work process problems.

* Distribute product and components items to their accurate location considering all factors.

* Collect and maintain customer data and produce summarized reports.

* Identify and correct critical distribution issues.

* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

* Other tasks as required to meet team goals.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

* High School diploma required, Bachelors degree in related field preferred

* Two or more years of related experience and/or training in the field

* Subject Matter Expert of Inventory Management Systems

* Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks; ability to plan and think ahead

* Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with common computer software (including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
