Job Summary:
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent Required

Required License/Certifications:
* Current/active NC Nurse Assistant license (I and/or II)
BLS required, or obtained during first week of hire

* Performs admission duties upon patient arrival tothe unit.
* Orients patient/families to room
* Obtains and records patients vital signs asrequired
* Assists with basic personal care needs includingbut not limited to bathing, providing nourishments, and overall personal care.
* Responds to call lights
* Transports patients via wheelchair or stretcher
* Performs transfer and discharge procedures
* Operates/maintains equipment in designated area(s)
* Maintains skill competence and ongoing required education
