Pacific Medical Data Solutions (PMDS), a company of LifePoint Health, is a rapidly growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services provider that has been delivering quality medical billing results since 2004. PMDS supports Clients across the United States and offers a dynamic work environment while still maintaining a small-company, employee-focused atmosphere.

PMDS is currently searching for a high-performing Project Manager (PM) to join our Project Management Team. This Project Manager will own a variety of Client-facing projects ranging from RCM onboardings and software integrations to FTE backfill requests and workflow optimization initiatives. The Project Manager will serve as lead analyst and communicator with a goal of completing every project on time and within budget/scope. Candidates who have a passion for problem-solving, process-improvement, data analysis and two-way communication will find this role to be both engaging and rewarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Projects

* Autonomously own, manage and deliver assigned projects on time and in budget/scope
* Execute Operational and Financial RCM analyses to assist onboarding of new PMDS Clients
* Learn RCM tools/processes in order to evaluate, document and optimize Client workflows
* Pull, analyze and interpret complex data sets to create unique solutions for Clients
* Productively drive difficult conversations to enact high-impact changes with Stakeholders
* Concisely present analyses and workflow solutions to PMDS and Client Leaders
* Supply PMDS Operational Leaders with risk mitigation solutions as a key project output
* Manage up such that known risks/issues are understood and addressed early & often

Job Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelors Degree
* 2+ years experience in Project Management role/capacity
* Excellent active-listening, communication and presentation skills
* Detail-oriented with an ability to analyze critically yet communicate simply/effectively
* Comfort/familiarity learning new systems, tools, programs and reporting platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 1+ years experience in Medical Billing and/or Revenue Cycle Management
* Prior experience working directly with C-Level executives

WORK CONDITIONS:

* Travel required during to Client locations during Assessment and Go-Live stages
