As a Senior AI/ML Product Manager in the Data & AI Product Team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a critical player in our firm-wide transformational efforts to shape up the future of banking. You will be partnering with data scientists in CIBs Applied AI and Machine Learning Center of Excellence (ML CoE) teams to build and manage firm-wide analytics products. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, architects, designers and project managers and will have the chance to shape your products vision, strategy, adoption, and manage ongoing stakeholder demand. You will push the boundaries of what is possible and innovate quickly in a rapidly evolving field. We are looking for a team player who can roll their sleeves up when they need to, and also are able to lead and influence product conversations with all involved parties.

The Applied AI and Machine Learning Center of Excellence (ML CoE) teams partner across the firm to create and share Machine Learning Solutions for our most challenging business problems. Comprised of a multi-disciplinary community of experts focused exclusively on Machine Learning, the ML CoE works together to employ cutting-edge techniques in disciplines such as Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning. Areas of expertise include: Natural Language Processing, Speech/ Voice Analytics, Time Series and Computer Vision. Both partner with the AI Research team to advance cutting-edge AI research to solve these real-world problems. In this role, you will:

* Work on some of the most complex problems imaginable at the intersection of two dynamic industries: Finance and AI
* Interact with very large and fascinating datasets currently not available anywhere else
* Develop products that can change the way our clients operate, how we service our clients, and how Banking is done today
* Interact with other high-performing teams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience building products from conception to launch

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts through experience or coursework

Technical background or familiarity working with engineers towards building products is a must-have

Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end

Experience in organizing, researching and analyzing client needs and ability to use multiple data points to prioritize effectively

Experience with end-to-end software product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience overseeing a roadmap strategy and definition

Entrepreneurial spirit & ability to wear many hats with minimal direction

Strong bias for data-driven decision-making

Quick decision-making abilities demonstrating bias for action under tight timing and pressure

Demonstrated user obsession

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as an AI/ML Product Manager

Prior experience working with products that harness large data sets and use various machine learning techniques to deliver insights and new features

Familiarity with the data science model development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, etc.)

You have the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product offering and value to business partners
