The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated, user-experience obsessed, proactive and innovative Digital Senior Product Manager to join us in developing a new and improved event management website for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge experience, to complement the in-person events that take place around the world, annually.

Now in its 45th year, the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge helps drive the firms business objectives, build global brand awareness, support local communities, and serves as a tool to engage and grow key relationships across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to re-think this important firmwide event, including exploring strategic partnerships, enhancing the platform technology with a continued focus on securing our customers data, and identifying opportunities to drive connectivity across the JPMorgan Chase ecosystem to amplify the consumer experience, for both prospects and customers.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who is comfortable working in an agile environment and excited about building new technology and consumer-facing digital experiences that connect end-to-end with physical ones. She or he must be comfortable working on lean teams and collaborating across many products and business areas, as well as with external partners. The role will require exploring new cutting-edge concepts and disruptive ideas, embracing design thinking, diving deep into the detail, and partnering closely across lines of business and with technology development teams to determine the feasibility and path for bringing ideas to market quickly.

Key responsibilities
Develop an innovative digital experience and product strategy to complement in-person events, with connectivity across the J.P. Morgan Chase ecosystem catering to our communities, customers and clients globally
Co-create and champion new ideas, understanding the needs and feedback from our customers stakeholders, and research, as well as analyzing the relevant competitive landscape
Lead discovery on new concepts, including determining and refining business value, customer value and tech feasibility
Drive agile product development including roadmap creation, writing initiatives, epics and user stories in JIRA
Refine and prioritize stories, as well as drive sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams
Monitor development of product (escalating issues and removing blockers) and pre-production testing, as well as conduct demos
Establish plan for roll-out / release of new features and functionality
Define, measure and report on product analytics, performance and success
Build and manage relationships across stakeholders, internally and externally
Partner with line of defense partners to maintain required controls and approvals
Work with stakeholders to create business case and responsible for tracking and monitoring internal and vendor spend

Qualifications
Genuine interest in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge event and building a unique, engaging digital experience to compliment a global B2B and B2C experiential asset
Experience in product development, business / revenue generation, technology, strategy or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management
Ability to identify and address program execution needs in a fast-paced environment. Previous exposure to agile practices and ability to adapt agile tools a plus, but not required
Can build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & digital
Can bridge the technical and business worlds, with experience in organizing, researching and analyzing customer needs and ability to partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements
Resourceful and results-oriented self-starter, with an ability to thrive in an authentic, feedback-driven culture and roll-up-your-sleeves environment
Experience leading through influence, with demonstrated experiences setting agenda, and driving business results in an environment with competing priorities
Collaborative team player with a desire to work on a new and small team
Solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams
Experience developing roadmaps and immersive experiences to drive customer engagement and acquisition. Must be user experience-obsessed
Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to interpret results and metrics to drive change. Ability to synthesize distinct data points into a clear strategic set of priorities and gain sponsorship for direction
Experience driving an innovation process from conceptualization through to launch. Proven track record of taking an idea and turning it into impactful results
Relentless focus and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders and partners
