We are looking for a System Validation Engineer that can:
Create, define and develop system validation environment and test suites. Will use and apply emulation and platform-level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Will be responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. This requires a broad understanding of multiple system areas, and requires interfaces with our Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams to improve postsilicon test content and provide feedback for future ondie debug features.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate with BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must have experience with C, C++, and/or Python Programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education focus on integrated circuits and systems, embedded systems and/or computer architecture, with knowledge of SoC interconnects preferred.
- Board design experience and hands-on experience with schematic capture design tools preferred.
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
- Ability to work as part of a TEAM, and contribute to new ideas and demonstrate synergy.
- Should be able work under pressure and take pride on discipline to work on multiple activities and/or projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively within the team and forums formed by experts of different disciplines.
