We are seeking an AI/ML/Edge Security researcher in a student position to work with the Product Security Mergers & Acquisitions team. This team is responsible for delivering security risk assessments to target acquisitions and developing security assurance integration plans once the deal is closed.

You will have the opportunity to work with our Product Assurance and Security group and others across Intel, on security evaluations, penetration testing (both black-box and white-box) and other security evaluation techniques.

The duration of this internship will be between 3 and 9 months.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be enrolled in a Masters Degree program or higher, in Computer Security with at least 6+ months of direct hand-on experiences in at least one of the following areas:

* Internet of Things, edge devices, AI or machine learning

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong programming skills in C, C++, and python

* Knowledge in OS, compilers and x86 architecture
