Come and join the Server Power Management IP Team as a Validation Engineer.

In this role, responsibilities include, although not limited to:

* Developing pre-silicon functional validation tests and environments to verify that the Power management IP meets the design requirements
* Creating test plans for RTL validation
* Defining and running system simulation models
* Finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests
* Developing verification collateral such as behavioral checkers or coverage monitors
* Analyzing coverage gaps and devising strategies to fill coverage holes

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering OR - a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience with:

* System Verilog
* OVMUVM and/or Object Oriented Programming Techniques
* Computer Architecture and Digital Logic
* Verification Techniques including Assertions Monitors Scoreboards
* Functional Coverage and Randomized Regression
* Design Verification Tools such as VCS Verdi GDB
* Test bench Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Thermal Management techniques
