The Stress Engineering and Operations (SEO) organization is looking for a dynamic, hands-on technician to join their environmental operations team. Stress Labs Engineering Technicians operate and maintain complex equipment and climatic tools like Temp Cycle, Temp Humidity as well as Dynamics tools like Vibration, Package drop, and Shock in an ESD sensitive environment

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Processing material using state-of-the-art tools.
* Non-standard processing and problem-solving.
* Working on New Product Introduction (NPI) dispositions along with environmental and dynamics stress lot processing.
* Execute lab requests and perform kitting, receiving, board assembly, cable soldering, loading, monitoring, unloading, and disassembly as requested by the customer.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Candidate must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, or comparable field).
* A minimum of 1 year of hands-on Lab and or manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with leadership amongst peers and positively influencing others to achieve organizational goals.
* Military relevant experience.
* Experience with:
* Soldering skills.
* Operating, qualifying, and analyzing data from environmental stress systems and associated data acquisition tools (Agilent data loggers).
* Manual assembly of jigs and fixtures using hand tools.
* Troubleshooting complex operating systems and tools in a manufacturing environment.
* Continuous improvement of documentation specs and procedures.
* Structured technical and analytical problem-solving.
* Refrigerant systems (certifications a plus).
