Description
The Senior Program Delivery Professional leads IHWA interoperability initiatives enabling the appropriate sharing and timely access of our data for driving operational decisions. Partners with leaders across the organization to lead interoperability from ideation through implementation, providing regular updates to leadership on current progress as well as success, failures and lessons learned.
Responsibilities
The Senior Program Delivery Professional serves as the data steward for the IHWA team, partnering with our IHWA partners, Data Governance, Digital Health and Analytics, Clinical Product, Clinical Health Strategies and IT to create the metadata, support classification and certification per HIPAA standards, and ensure proper approvals are in place for storing IHWA data within the enterprise data platform to support sharing with our internal and external partners as appropriate. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and prioritizing the pipeline of interoperability requests
* Managing prioritized interoperability projects end-to-end, from identifying the data needs to implementation and testing as appropriate
* Developing high quality analysis clearly framing interoperability objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations
* Working collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company
* Drive resolution of data, information and processing challenges as identified by Data Governance
* Continually assess opportunities for data quality improvement, while identifying issues, root causes and remedies.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; ideally in operations with a focus on data
* 3+ years of database management experience
* 2+ years of project management or project implementation experience
* Strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
* Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree
* Knowledge and experience in health care environment or managed care
* Experience with building and maintaining Power BI Dashboards
* Experience with Azure
* PMP or Six Sigma certified
* Understanding of Humana clinical programs and models of care
