TRANSACTION BANKING

The Product & Sales Strategy Associate role is responsible for defining aspects of the product & sales strategy for the Transaction Banking business. This person will work closely with all Transaction Banking teams including Product, Operations, Engineering and Sales to identify and analyze product opportunities to meet client needs. Understanding of client challenges/opportunities and industry trends will be required as inputs into the strategic product roadmap. This person will also work closely with TxB Sales to refine TxBs sales strategy and optimize sales force effectiveness.
The Team
The TxB Product & Sales Strategy team sets the strategic direction of Transaction Bankings business. Key areas of focus include sales strategy, partnerships, international expansion, and new product development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business and/or technology strategy, or related field
Client facing experience managing complex senior stakeholder relationships
Experience managing projects with many moving parts
Financial modeling experience and strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
Excellent attention to detail and ability to act on detailed feedback
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in and knowledge of payments and enterprise sales & technology
Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
Creative problem solver
Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
Track record of driving business strategy and partnerships
