Job Description

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a professional and highly motivated candidate for System Senior Administrator position which will support the functionality and efficiency of the systems administration related requirements for Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC). CNIC enables and sustains naval forces from the Shore by designing, developing and delivering integrated shore capabilities to the Fleet, Fighter and Family

This position is located at 1968 Gilbert St., Norfolk, VA.

This positions is for a Systems Administrator with strong security skills along with the ability to guide and perform Authorization/Certification and Accreditations (A&A/C&A) through enforcement of standards assessments, authorization, and certification criteria. .
* The design, implementation, configuration, management and maintenance of physical and virtual (Cloud-based) enterprise server and storage systems as well as responsible for providing primary support for the network management systems and network operating systems for the cybersecurity.

* Ability to review security vulnerability reports and suggest required actions.

* Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

* Microsoft Windows Server-based applications, services and technologies (AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS).

* Security services for protection of the ISs, IS domains (Communities of Interest), and Information Content (at rest, in use, and in transit) in accordance with DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures. These operational security services shall be fully integrated with the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) mandates to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation requirements.

* Implement the necessary Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) mechanisms to provide these security services, and conduct vulnerability assessments to validate that the necessary security controls (SCs) are in place. As part of implementing these security services, the Contractor shall implement CNIC directed IA/CND direction such as Information Operations Conditions (INFOCONs) and incident reporting (e.g., system anomalies, outages, etc.).

* Implementation of IA/CND mandates, to include USCYBERCOM Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs), Warning Orders (WARNORD), Operational Directive Messages (ODMs), Information Special Outage Report (INFOSPOT), Situational Awareness Report (SITREP), and Fragmentary Order (FRAGO) should be accomplished within Government specified timeframes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.

* 3-5 Years of direct experience in Systems Administration or direct support related A&A/C&A process in support of DoD RMF/DIACAP

* CompTIA Security+ Certification Required

* Microsoft/Linux Operating System Industry Certification and/or Completed Training Program preferred

* Security+

* Secret clearance
