GENERAL SUMMARY: Will performs complex analytical tasks in support of all Program Execution activities with specific focus on Program Compliance and Communications and well as Technical Writing.

Duties:
* Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of the Geospatial Services and Solutions programs - research, documentation and analysis of program deliverables, including program procedures and informational products
* Write and/or edit technical documents, including business proposals, reports, user manuals, briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, special reports, and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements.
* Develops and maintains document templates that meet editorial and customer specifications and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, format, and style
* Supports the planning and execution of program events to include scheduling, meeting facilitation, and video teleconferencing presentation support
* Provides administrative support where needed as it relates to program activities
* Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that schedule objectives are met.
* Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
* Participates in special projects as required.

Requirements
* Active TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably with emphasis in Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline
* 5+ years of professional experience
* Technical Writing - Experience producing and editing technical documents and technical procedure manuals
* Exceptional Communication - Ability to write clearly and concisely and ability to read considerable amounts of technical information and policy, perform research, and recognize/analyze critical information
* Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint/Excel specifically
* Demonstrated skills in SharePoint
* Meeting & Conference Coordination & Scheduling
* Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise
* Outstanding time management - work within accelerated schedule timelines while delivering high quality products to the customer
* Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively in a team environment with colleagues from a variety of departments and leadership levels
