Our work depends on an IT Software Quality Assurance Automated Tester joining our team to support Technical Support Services (TSS) for the United States Postal Service (USPS) activities located in Wilkes Barre, PA.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. In this role, you will be trusted to preform Automated Testing in Selenium, QTP, JUNIT or UFT with equivalent JAVA or VBScript development for use in writing test scripting, Moderate SQL.

In this role, this is what you will be doing:
* Performing automated and functional testing in Selenium, QTP, JUNIT or UFT
* Using JAVA or VBScript development for use in writing test scripting
* Using skills in DevSecOps, Secure Coding practices, and the Solutions Development Framework (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab)
* Utilizing knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
* Using knowledge and skills in change management and configuration manager (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc)

This is what you will need for the role:
* Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
* A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience with Automated and Functional testing
* Experience should also include experience with Selenium, QTP, JUNIT or UFT with equivalent JAVA or VBScript development for use in writing test scripting, Moderate SQL
* Experience in containers, DevSecOps, Secure Coding practices, and the Solutions Development Framework (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab)
