GDIT is seeking a Growth Enterprise Solutions Architect to help create and manage reusable enterprise solutions for our Growth Organization. As a Growth Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for helping manage the full lifecycle of technical solutions from concept to execution. You will help bring our best capabilities and solutions to market through internal and external consulting engagements and provide support to our knowledge management, marketing and communications teams. This is a senior technical role and you will need to have a broad range of technical expertise and recent success leading the development of technical solutions in support of large and strategic ($100M+) bids.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage the lifecycle of priority enterprise technical solutions at GDIT
* Support research & prioritization for future solutions including studying the market, our pipeline, and our programs.
* Work closely with technical and business leadership from across the company to build technical strategies and materials for priority solutions.
* Help coordinate cross functional teams tasked with harvesting and creating reusable technical sales & solution development material.
* Support and help coordinate the development of lab capabilities and demonstrations for priority enterprise solutions.
* Support taking priority GDIT Solutions to market through market studies, pipeline and program analysis
* Lead the development of technical strategies and solution materials
* Create project plans that support the creation and advancement of priority enterprise solutions
* Establish and help manage cross matrix teams tasked with harvesting and creating reusable technical sales & solution development material
* Coordinate lab and demonstration activities related to priority enterprise solutions
* Provide Solutions Architecture and Consulting support to GDIT Growth and Execution teams leveraging priority enterprise solutions
* Coordinate with and support GDITs Growth Knowledge Management Lead to manage and publish materials related to priority enterprise solutions
* Support GDITs Marketing and Communications team to help develop internal and external marketing campaigns in support of priority enterprise solutions
* Help GDIT to stand out in this highly-competitive and opportunity-rich market!
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience successfully architecting technical solutions and providing technical leadership on complex capture pursuits and proposals
* 5+ years of experience delivering IT services in one or more of the following areas:
* Cloud Architecture
* Network Architecture and Engineering
* Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering
* Infrastructure Engineering & Operations
* Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
* Application Services
* Experience with technical leadership and project management
* Ability to successfully lead solution development and technical proposal volumes for large scale ($100M+), highly strategic, and complex deals
* Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
* Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations
* Ability to effectively engage current and prospective customers to build trust and relationships, clearly communicate solutions and concepts, and influence action
* Ability to write exceptionally and to create compliant and compelling narrative that best presents GDITs solutions and approaches within the government's requirements and evaluation criteria
* Ability to conceptualize and communicate or develop rich graphic visuals that help to strengthen the GDIT story and clearly and effectively communicate concepts and approaches
