Our Impact:

* This team is responsible for program execution of the Payment Modernization Program- a Modern Delivery effort.
* Streamline operations and reduce risk in the Payments area while executing with a Modern Delivery mindset
* Coordination of several successful product teams deliverables to meet divisional objectives.
* Execution of change management and agile methodology responsibilities as it relates to our Products



Your Impact:

* Coordination of several agile methodology ceremonies and team deliverables to meet objectives.
* Execution of Scrum Coach responsibilities as it relates to our Product teams
* Develop and manage resolutions to product related problems
* Coordinate technical discussions amongst vendor/product teams and drive for clarity



Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business or related field
* 5-7+ years of experience
* Previous Consulting background required
* Proficiency with MS Office applications
* Previous Scrum Coach experience repqureid
* Previous technical/java development experience required

Freddie Mac operates in the secondary mortgage market in the United States. It operates in three segments: Single-family Guarantee, Multifamily, and Capital Markets.
