The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Business and Engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Managers job also includes ensuring that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for a large, complex transformation program
* Provide a clear description and outline of product features for easy comprehension by the development team and the Business team
* Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
* Working closely with the Business and Engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
* Manage product backlog and backlog visibility in order to prioritize user stories for implementation
* Elicit requirements from the Business Design team to achieve PI goals
* Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification

Essential Requirements

* Minimum of 10+ years experience as a Product Manager with a Bachelors degree; or 8+ years with a Masters degree
* Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
* 5+ years of experience in a financial services market with a focus on Leasing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Technical background, with experience in TFS, SAFE and Agile methodology
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
