Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Support Manager to join our team and support our Digital Product in this key customer facing position in the High Horse Power Markets we serve. You will be the Subject Matter Expert of the system end to end This position is primarily based in Columbus, Indiana but has potential to be fully remote

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Will own day to day operations, tracking and technical resolution of customer reported software/application related issues including telematics hardware

* Manages the technical support and training activities to support the sales of company products and services and recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.

* Coordinate joint resolution with external (suppliers) and internal partners (CARE, Software Development, Filtration, & etc)

* Will be the Technical Support Manager for digital products with a direct focus on the PSBU Industrial Markets (Mining, Oil & Gas, Rail, Commercial Marine, Power Generation) for Engine Health, Maintenance, & Prognostic products.

* Be the customer advocate for product development and own the support strategy, with the focus on improving customer support experience across all digital products

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* 7 or more years of relevant work experience and customer facing experience required

* Experience with or good understanding and supporting of applications/software development

* Ability to analyze data to find problem root-cause, anomalies etc.

* Experience/willingness to learn technical details of current and future digital products

* Self -motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to communicate in a timely manner with clear messaging based on the audience

* Experience in the High Horse Power industry a plus

* College, university, or equivalent degree in engineering or a related subject required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
